Terms & Conditions

Booking/cancellations: advanced booking is recommended. If you need to cancel or change your appointment please give the salon at least 24 hours notice or a charge to the value of 50% of that treatment will be added on to your next appointment.

Large bookings: large bookings we ask for a deposit when booking in for your appointments and will be deducted off the final amount.

Arrival: we recommend that you arrive at the leisure club reception at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment allowing us to record your details. Please note that as a courtesy to all clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late arrival may result in your appointment not being honoured and the full price of the treatment will still apply.

Treatments amended: If Treatments are amended on the day of arrival for a cheaper alternative you will still be charged at the original rate of booking.

Payments with cards: we do not accept card payments under the amount of £10 nor do we accept American express cards. When paying by Card there will be an additional transaction fee of £1-£2 but can vary in price depends on type of card transaction fees apply.

Gift vouchers purchased prior to Covid – Any vouchers purchased prior to last lock down will be extended for a further 3 months from voucher purchase date. If vouchers expired beyond their extended time unfortunately they cannot be honoured any further.
